Refund policy
1. RETURN PERIODS
Return periods apply from the date of order.
Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased on petit-detail.com can be returned within 30 calendar days.
2. NO RETURN RIGHT
In the following cases, we are unfortunately unable to offer a trade-in:
- When one or more accessories are missing
- For gift cards
3. RETURN VALUE
To the extent that the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:
Refund at purchase price (excluding preparation and delivery costs):
- The item is still in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging (no traces of use and original packaging available).
Deduction depending on the condition of the goods (minimum 20%, minimum deduction: 2,00€ + preparation and delivery costs):
- The article has been opened/used
Individual evaluation (photos, e-mails...)
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Postal charges for the return shipment of products are borne by the sender.
5. PACKAGE REFUSED, UNCLAIMED, OR RETURNED TO THE SENDER
If a package is returned to us because it was reused at delivery pr not collecter within the time allotted by the carrier, we will contact you by e-mail with 5 business days of receiving the returned package.
If we do not hear back from you within 14 days of our e-mail, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase price, less a flat fee of 20% of the order amount (minimum €2), corresponding to shipping and handling costs incurred, in accordance with Article 7 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
