Delivery

 

The preparation and delivery costs are 4.00€. They are free for any order of a minimum of 20.00€ for a delivery in the European Union and Switzerland. 

Delivery times are confirmed directly by e-mail within 24 to 72 working hours following the order. There are 4 to 6 working days from order confirmation for delivery in the E.U. and Switzerland (subject to additional delivery times due to public holidays, for example).

For other countries, the preparation and shipping costs are 7.00€ for any order less than 25.00€ and 18.00€ with tracking number for any order equal or over 25.00€. Delivery times will be confirmed by e-mail once the order has been validated.

Tracking is available for all destinations for an additional fee of 6.00€. This option is available when you finalise your order. Delivery with tracking is offered for a shipment in the E.U., on simple choice in the basket, for any order of a minimum amount of 60€.

All shipping is carried out by Swiss Post. Any order delivered outside of Switzerland may be subject to taxes and customs duties at the customer's expense.
