Declaration of Conformity with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on General Product Safety

Petit détail certifies that its lace manufacturer complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council of may 10, 2023 on General Product Safety, applicable from December 13, 2024.

As part of its manufacturing activities, the company ensures that all products placed on the market are safe for consumers, in accordance with the general safety requirements set out in the regulation. Control procedures, risk assessment processes, traceability measures, and systems for handling reports and managin recalls are in place to ensure ongoing compliance.

This approach reflects the continuous commitment of the Petit détail lace manufacturer to quality and consumer protection.

 

Safety Notice

• Product intended exclusively for textile use (shoes, accessories).
• This is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children under 4 years of age: risk of strangulation or suffocation in case of misuse.

• Regularly chek the condition of the laces. Do not use if excessively worn.
