Shipping policy

We understand that customs fees can be frustrating, and we are sorry for any inconvenience.

To make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, Petit détail now covers preparation and shipping fees for all orders to France, Switzerland and Liechtenstein (excluding tracking options and gift pouches only orders).

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 to 72 business hours following your order. As a guideline, delivery times are generally 4 to 6 working days for shipments to France, and 2 to 4 working days for Switzerland or Liechtenstein (subject to additional delays due to public holidays, for example). 

Tracked shipping is available for for €9.00. Tracked delivery is free of charge for all orders of €60.00 or more, simply by selecting the option at checkout.

All orders are shipped from Switzerland via Swiss Post.

Please note: Orders delivered outside Switzerland may be subject to taxes and customs duties payable by the recipient, in accordance with applicable European regulations.

In the event a package is refused or not collected within the time allotted by the carrier, it will be returned to us. The shipping coverage mentioned above no longer applies in this case: a flat fee will be deducted from the refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
