Tracked shipping can be selected at checkout.

Delivery generally takes 4 to 6 business days for France, and 2 to 4 business days for Switzerland or Liechtenstein (additional delays may apply around public holidays, for example). Exact delivery times will be confirmed by email once your order is validated.

All orders are shipped from Switzerland via Swiss Post.

In a parcel is refused or not collected within the time allotted by the carrier, it will be returned to us. In this case, shipping fees are non-refundable, and an additional flat fee may be deducted from your order refund, in accordance with our Refund policy.
