Delivery

The preparation and delivery costs are €4.00. They are free for any order of a minimum of €25.00 for a delivery in the European Union and Switzerland. 

Sending is confirmed directly by e-mail within 24 to 72 working hours following the order. Delivery times are 4 to 6 working days from order confirmation for delivery in the EU and Switzerland (subject to additional delivery times due to public holidays, for example).

For other countries, the preparation and shipping costs are €9.00 for any order less than €25.00 and €20.00 with tracking number for any order equal or over €25.00. Delivery times will be confirmed by e-mail once the order has been validated.

Tracked delivery to EU countries is available for an additional charge of €6.00, which you can select at checkout. For orders of €60 or more, tracked delivery within the EU or Switzerland is offered free of charge and can be chosen at checkout.

All orders are shipped from Switzerland and carried out by Swiss Post. All orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to taxes and customs duties at the recipient's expense.
