Return and refund policy

1. RETURN PERIOD

Our return periods apply from date of order.

Subject to the below-listed limitations, all products purchased on petit-detail.com may be returned within 30 calendar days.

 

2. NO RIGHT OF RETURN

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following returns:

  • Products that are not in their original packaging
  • Products that do not include all accessories
  • Gift-cards

 

3. REFUND VALUE

Provided that a product can be returned, the following refund regulations apply:

Refund at purchase price (excluding preparation and delivery costs):

  • The item is still in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging (no traces of use and original packaging available).

Deduction depending on product condition (20% or minimum deduction of 2,00€)

  • The product has been opened or used (exceptions: see 2.)

Individual examination (pictures, e-mails…)

 

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Postal charges for the return shipment of products are borne by the sender.
